Lynne’s hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to her achievements. She developed a new inclusive worship service that offered LGBTQ people a safe place to worship. She designed specialized professional development for adjunct instructors in online teaching strategies, adult learning theory, and using Canvas LMS. She is currently designing asynchronous micro-learning and eLearning for faculty. She also introduced strategic collaboration and project management technology tools, which significantly improved the productivity of her current team.

Lynne believes that innovation in the workplace is the key to success – a principle that she embodies through her interest in musical performance, videography, and playing games with her granddaughter. She is currently working as an instructional designer and volunteers her time to assist nonprofits and churches in training development and performance improvement.
