As the number of adult learners returning to college rises, adjunct instructors must possess a strong understanding of adult education theories and practices. To address this need, I designed a faculty training module focused on teaching one specific instructional technique: Challenge Based Learning for Adult Learners. The module aims to equip adjunct instructors with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively educate adult learners.
