This activity is a crucial component of an employee training module developed for a non-profit organization. Prior to this formative assessment, the employee would have undergone training on the relevant technology tools in an earlier module.

In this assessment, the learner is presented with a communication scenario and asked to select the most suitable communication tool from three available options. Each option includes feedback to provide learners with insights into their decision-making skills. If the learner selects an incorrect option, they are prompted to try again.
